What this agreement says, in 30 seconds
  • We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only third party that receives AI prompt content is Anthropic, who powers the AI analysis.
  • We only store what's needed to run the service: email, hashed password, API key, billing records, and per-request metadata for accounting. We do not store the content of your AI prompts.
  • You are responsible for what you do with this tool. Verify every AI recommendation before acting on it. Get your customer's consent if your jurisdiction or contract requires it.
  • This is a beta service. Claude can be wrong. Repairs can fail. Use at your own risk.

1. Agreement

By creating a GRAM account or using GRAM software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

GRAM is a Windows repair toolkit operated by Blue Line Scannables ("we," "us"). The toolkit is distributed free of charge. Optional AI features are metered and billed via credit packs or seat subscriptions.

The AI features are powered by Claude, a service of Anthropic, PBC. By using AI features you authorize transmission of the data you provide (including diagnostic output, hostnames, usernames, and file paths from machines you operate GRAM on) to Anthropic for processing. See the Privacy Policy.

AI outputs are generated by a machine-learning model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You must independently verify any output before relying on or acting on it. Outputs do not represent the views of Anthropic, are not reviewed or endorsed by Anthropic, and must not be relied upon as a statement of — or attributed to — Anthropic. You are purchasing GRAM's repair and analysis service, not access to Anthropic's products.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

One account per natural person or legal entity. Sharing accounts across organizations is not permitted on credit-pack billing; use a seat plan for multi-user access.

You are responsible for ensuring that everyone who uses AI features under your account — including additional technicians on a seat plan and any use on machines you service — complies with these terms and Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation by a person using your account is treated as your own.

5. Billing

Credit packs are non-refundable one-time purchases. Each credit consumed represents one machine session (up to 4 hours or 2,000,000 tokens). Unused credits do not expire.

Seat subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.

Overage on seat plans is billed at 0.5 credits per call beyond the monthly allowance, drawn from your credit balance.

6. Beta Service

GRAM is currently offered in beta. Service availability, pricing, and features may change with reasonable notice. We may suspend or modify the AI proxy at any time during the beta period.

7. Disclaimers

GRAM is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-suggested repairs will fix any given problem, will not cause data loss, or are appropriate for any particular system. You are responsible for backing up data and reviewing AI suggestions before applying them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to GRAM is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or generate abuse complaints. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeit and active subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes require re-acceptance the next time you log in. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
