🔍 Forensics & Reporting

Image-before-repair, BSOD analysis, and customer triage report. Run these before/after the rest of your work.

1. Drive Imaging (ddrescue-style)

Capture a sector-by-sector image of a possibly-failing drive to an external destination before running repairs. Bad sectors are skipped, the run is resumable. Destination cannot be the source drive or this USB.

2. Crash Dump Analysis (BSOD)

Finds .dmp files in C:\Windows\Minidump and parses them for bug-check codes. Uses cdb if bundled, otherwise reads the dump header directly.

3. Customer Triage Report

Build the customer-handoff document (HTML + PDF) summarizing findings, repairs applied, and next-step recommendations. Run this at the end of the session.
